- Clean, clean, clean. Even if you think you've cleaned your home .... clean again! Something as simple as dusty blinds can make potential buyers think that maybe you haven't maintained your property as well as you'd like them to think.
- Remove needless peices of furniture. Rooms that have too much furniture in them tend to look smaller than what they are. Put excess furniture into storage until you move to your new home.
- Freshen up! Touch-up or re-paint (in neutral colours) rooms in your home that may look a little worn or tired.
