I’d like to introduce you to  “The Word According to Cori” – or WAC’d for short (those that know me will agree, that’s a pretty appropriate title!).  This is a new VLOG/BLOG that takes a deep dive into the inner workings of the real estate industry.   The good, the bad and yes, the ugly.   It’s a “no-holds barred”, transparent account of each and every aspect of selling and buying a home.  The things you may not know as a Seller/Buyer, the things you SHOULD know and even the things Realtor’s don’t WANT you to know.  As a veteran, Top Producing Realtor, I’ve seen it all and my belief is that transparency is what this industry lacks.   By pulling back the curtain to reveal what REALLY goes on behind the scenes is a way for Sellers/Buyers to better understand the process as well as what a Realtor’s role REALLY is and how they can serve YOU better.  Sometimes it’s a mystery as to what a Realtor actually does.  Join me for bi-weekly installments as we explore everything from HOW a home evaluation is done (and WHY you need to know) to how you choose your Realtor can determine whether you have a successful sale or a painful disappointing experience.

The inaugural segment will be live Tuesday January 22 when I tackle the reasons WHY you should know what your property is worth in today’s market (even if you AREN’T looking to sell) along with industry terms/trends and what they mean to you.
